Training as a group adds a fun, social dynamic to your exercise routine that will make sure you look forward to every session. If you’re nervous about becoming more active or working on your fitness, this approach can be an accessible and cost-effective way to get started. By getting together with a group of friends or joining one of my bootcamps, you can build up your confidence while working out alongside others and start integrating a regular exercise routine into your lifestyle. Before you know it, you’ll be well on your way to reaching your fitness goals.
Becoming more active
I’ll help you and your group reach your fitness goals practically and sustainably. By exercising alongside others at a similar fitness level and with similar lifestyles, you’ll be able to start a balanced routine that can be maintained over time. Many of us worry that becoming more active will require lots of time in the gym or mean that we need to make lots of changes to our lifestyles. With effective group training, this doesn’t have to be the case. Being consistent, making the most of the time you have available, and enjoying the process will help you understand that fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating.

Working towards your fitness goals
While one-to-one training is highly personal and tailored to your goals, group training is highly social. Being part of a group is an excellent way to ease yourself into the process of exercising more often, allowing you to spend time with friends and taking the stress out of trying something new. It also helps to provide additional motivation – if you’re worried about being inconsistent, choosing to train in a group creates a commitment. You’re less likely to want to skip a session when your friends are expecting you!
Sign up for a bootcamp
I often run bootcamps so that individuals can enjoy the benefits of group training. While we may all start out as strangers, that never lasts long! Please call 07525 495 455 or email clare@b3fitnessandnutrition.co.uk to find out more about the bootcamps I’m running currently.
