This isn’t the way to build a long-term routine. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your mobility, or just find a way to move more often, I’ll work with you to understand your existing time commitments and develop an effective routine that works alongside them. My balanced approach towards fitness is the perfect way to make exercise enjoyable, rather than intimidating.

Working towards your fitness goals
When you choose one-to-one training, everything is tailored to you and your goals. This means that if something doesn’t work for you, it won’t be part of your sessions; there are no aimless exercises, and all the work we do together will help you reach your goals. It also means that fitness can be comfortable and accessible, even if you’ve never exercised before. I can deliver training sessions in your home or outside, and you won’t need to invest in expensive equipment. I bring anything required for our sessions – all you need is your gym gear.
